Event Management & Organization *Please note: Unless otherwise listed, all packages are priced on a per month basis and payment is required prior to initiating services. All packages are for non-exclusive representation, with an at will policy. Please contact us directly for pricing inquiries.
Entertainment Packages:
**Entertainment Content Providers: Before contacting us, please ensure that all content(s) has been professionally produced and that you wholy own the content(s) you wish to promote - or can provide legal proof that you have been given permission by the rightful owner(s) to attempt to sell and/or license said content(s).**
Internet Platform Submission Only:
* Up to four placements per month
* 1 per week per platform
* Client receives screenshots for each online placement secured in addition to direct urls where content can be found
Internet & Retail Platform Submission: (*only for clients with music video content)
Services:
* Includes all services mentioned above in Internet Platform Submission Only
* Also submit content monthly to retail television platforms including submissions to in-flight and or cruise line television networks/platforms
Note: BASM deducts a 15% commission from all upfront licensing fees paid out to the client and also deducts 15% from the client’s rev-share percentage.
Internet, Retail Platform, & Music Licensing Submission: (*client content must first be approved by BASM’s licensing partners)
Services:
*Includes all services mentioned above in Internet & Retail Platform Distribution Submission
*Also submit catalog to music licensing partners for opportunities to place music in movies, television shows, commercials, video games & more. This is for international opportunities.
Note: BASM deducts a 15% commission from the client’s percentage of the upfront licensing fee in addition to 15% from future usage royalties for music that is placed.
Internet, Retail Platform Submission & Remixing: (*client content must first be approved by BASM’s remixing partners)
Services:
* Includes all services mentioned above in Internet & Retail Platform, Mobile Distribution & Music Licensing Submission
* Select tracks remixed by world-class producers & remixers for professional distribution to additional promotional out-of-home circuits & to create cross-over appeal of music tracks
A La Carte Services:
For clients who only require one service and prefer not to select a package, the following services (Internet Distribution, Retail Distribution, Social Media Development & Maintenance, and Music Licensing) are available as individual options. Please note that a 15% commission will be deducted from all revenue earned.
For clients interested in only selecting remixing services, please inquire for rates.
*Film & Television Licensing:
We work with a trusted network of agencies to submit your original film and television content for licensing opportunities with major international networks and local or regional channels around the world.
Big Apple Style Marketing offers Event Management & Organization consultations for conferences, festivals and industry events. Our services include sponsorship procurement, press and social media acquisition, panel submissions, attendee booking, travel arrangements, and collateral development. For this service, it is best to contact Big Apple Style Marketing a minimum of seven to eight months prior to the projected date of your event.
